DOWNTOWN

Located in the heart of Windsor, the DWBIA stretches from just South of Giles Boulevard North up Ouellette Avenue all the way to Riverside Drive.

FORD CITY

Known as East Windsor back in 1928, Ford City now covers all of Drouillard Road from Seminole Street to Riverside Drive.

OLDE RIVERSIDE

Located at 5400 to 5900 Wyandotte Street East, we are situated within the beautiful Riverside area.

OTTAWA STREET

Located in Central Windsor, between Windermere Road and Marentette Avenue, along the historic Ottawa Street.

PILLETTE VILLAGE

Located in the easterly part of Windsor, (4400 to 4900 Wyandotte East and 200 to 800 Pillette Road).

OLDE SANDWICH TOWNE

Olde Sandwich Towne is located in West Windsor along Sandwich Street, just west of the Ambassador Bridge.

VIA ITALIA (ERIE STREET)

Windsor’s own Little Italy is located along Erie Street between Lincoln Road and Mercer Street.

OLDE WALKERVILLE

Located in the area between Wyandotte Street and Riverside Drive, and Gladstone Avenue and Argyle Road.

WYANDOTTE TOWN CENTRE

The Wyandotte Town Centre lies along Wyandotte Street East from the East side of McDougall to the West side of Gladstone and one block north and south of Wyandotte Street.

BIA Events

Memorial Cup Ball Hockey Tournament

3 on 3 tournament, open to adult corporate and community teams, takes place on Chatham Street East and West. Proceeds from the event will support of The Downtown Mission.

A lively and family friendly outdoor event in the heart of Windsor’s city centre.
